St Margaret’s Church of England Academy is seeking to appoint a reliable, enthusiastic and aspirational Teacher of History to join our academy on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher to inspire and challenge students through high-quality teaching and learning, whilst contributing to the continued success and development of the History department.


The successful candidate will be committed to raising standards, improving outcomes for all students, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. They will share our Christian values and play an active role in promoting the Academy’s ethos, vision and commitment to excellence.
