We are looking for an inspirational leader with a successful track record that believes that every child, irrespective of their background, deserves an exceptional education.

Roseacre serves a community with great potential and is located in Blackpool, one of the Government's current priority areas for improving outcomes for disadvantaged children. This presents a unique opportunity for a leader who wants to make a genuine and lasting difference. We are therefore seeking a dynamic and compassionate Headteacher who will work alongside the Trust, trustees, local governors, staff and families to raise aspirations, open doors and ensure every child achieves, belongs and thrives.

If you have a proven track record of raising standards, inspiring others and building an inclusive culture of high expectations, we would be delighted to hear from you.

At AtC, we are committed to:

  1. Supporting colleagues - we offer a wide range of staff benefits available to all colleagues working within our family of schools including, membership of a health care plan through Simply Health (paid by the Trust), access to emotional and wellbeing support, annual flu vaccinations. auto enrolment into the Teachers' Pension Scheme for all eligible employees, national terms & conditions of employment, access to CPD programmes & opportunities to develop.
  2. Safeguarding and putting children at the heart of everything we do. Successful candidates are subject to rigorous pre-employment safeguarding checks, including on line checks.
  3. Supporting flexible working for all roles and welcome applications from those who wish to work flexibly.
  4. Eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity. We are committed to a workplace which is free from discrimination and harassment and we strive to create an inclusive environment where all employees feel they achieve, belong and collaborate.
