Principal: Miss A Steele | Required: As Soon As Possible | Facilities Assistant | Whole Year, 37 Hours Per Week | Level 4, Actual Salary (£25,185-£26,403)


The Excel Academy is seeking to appoint a conscientious, organised, highly motivated and flexible Facilities Assistant to form part of the Facilities Team. The successful candidate should have proven industry experience of carrying out routine general maintenance with a commitment to a high standard of working and also have a good understanding of security issues.


The ability to converse at ease with members of the public, including staff and students in accurate spoken English is essential for the post, therefore postholders must be able to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English.

Qualifications

A good level of general educationessential
Has an appropriate recognised NVQ level 2 or equivalent in a trade industry or relevant experience. essential
Has taken the minibus driver test (or will be prepared to take)
Has D1 on driving licence
Holds a full clean driving licence
