Co-op Academy Brownhill is a large primary school situated in East Leeds and forms part of the Co-op Academies Trust. Brownhill is an inspiring place to work and learn and, as part of the Co-op Academies Trust, aim to secure excellence in all aspects of its work. We’re looking for a resilient, determined and proactive individual to join our school to take on the important role of Administrator.


As an Administrator you will assist in the provision of high quality professional, flexible, proficient, and constructive clerical administration, financial support and reception service. You will report to the School Business Manager who is based across two academies.


Most of the work is self-generating, referring only exceptional or complex queries to senior members of staff. In the absence of the School Business Manager you will assist senior team members to ensure continuation of essential services, making day to day decisions regarding the organisation of workloads.

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above or equivalent qualifications.
  • A proven ability to work on your own initiative.
  • The ability to use relevant technology/equipment.
