About Connell

Connell staff have the rare opportunity to be a catalyst for social change by transforming the lives of the young people in the communities that we serve. We are a small sixth form college which means our staff get to know our students and how best to support and teach them. We are an inclusive community. We work in a modern building and embrace the latest technology.

We provide a college experience that makes a significant impact on every student; ensuring they enjoy learning, excel in their chosen subjects and exceed prior expectations to reach their goals. If you share our belief that poverty and deprivation should never limit the quality of a young person’s educational experience or their levels of achievement, then we would love to hear from you.

Connell is an inclusive and diverse community and we welcome applications from underrepresented groups.
