Term Time Only + 5 Days

Temporary for 1 Year (with potential to extend subject to success of the provision)

Start Date: 23 February 2025

Co-op Academy Princeville is excited to launch a brand-new afterschool club provision designed to provide a safe, fun and nurturing environment for children at the end of the school day. Our wrap-around care supports families by offering high-quality activities and a positive, enjoyable experience for all children who attend.

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Afterschool Club Assistants to join our new team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting new provision and play a key role in supporting children’s wellbeing, development and enjoyment after school.

As an Afterschool Club Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the club, helping to deliver a range of engaging, safe and age-appropriate activities. You will work closely with the Wrap-Around Care Manager and wider team to ensure children are well-supervised, happy and positively engaged throughout the session.

We are seeking individuals who are caring, approachable and passionate about working with children. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate good communication skills and maintain high standards of care and safeguarding at all times.

These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the afterschool experience for our children and to contribute to the success of a new provision within our academy.

Democracy: We will contribute our ideas to make the academy a success.

Solidarity: We can achieve more by working together, rather than as individuals.
