Working with the Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team, the postholder will have strategic oversight and overall accountability for all aspects of the Maths at the Academy. They wll be accountable for outcomes and for ensuring that these are sufficiently strong overtime that the Academy is routinely exceeding national averages on all measures. Equally, the postholder will be accountable for the overall standards of teaching in the subject, working with the Head of Faculty, to ensure that all students get the very best lessons every day.
