Key Responsibilities
- Support the Subject Leader to implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated Art or Design Technology curriculum to improve outcomes for students.
- Contribute to raising standards of attainment and achievement by monitoring and supporting student progress.
- Facilitate and encourage a learning experience which enables students to achieve their potential.
- Share and support the Academy’s ethos to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth and success.
- Work proactively and effectively in collaboration and partnership with learners, parents/carers, governors, other staff and external agencies in the best interests of pupils.
