Class Teacher – The Laurels Primary School

The Laurels Primary School is part of Durrington Multi Academy Trust and is a one-form entry primary school with a strong sense of community. Staff are proud to work here and benefit from a supportive leadership team that values wellbeing and professional development.
The Role: As a Class Teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum
- Plan engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess and track pupil progress effectively
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
- Contribute to wider school life and curriculum development
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching in a primary setting (ECTs welcome)
- Has high expectations for all pupils
- Is enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to professional growth
- Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships

Salary
M1–M6 (£32,916 – £45,352)
