The Directors of Exceed Learning Partnership and Governors of Sheep Dip Lane Academy are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office Manager to join our front office. As the first point of contact for parents, pupils, and visitors, you aren't just "doing paperwork"—you are the face and voice of our school and the leader of our administrative service. 

Exceed Learning Partnership is a Multi Academy Trust that currently comprises 10 Academies, Bentley High Street Primary School, Carr Lodge Academy, Edlington Victoria Academy, Hall Cross Academy, Hill Top Academy, Rosedale Primary School, Sandringham Primary School, Sheep Dip Lane Academy, The Mallard Academy and Willow Primary School.

The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks, serving as the primary point of contact for the Academy. You will manage office procedures, assist in budget management, and support the needs of staff, students, and parents.

Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role, ideally within an educational setting.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Google and Microsoft packages and school management software

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in all matters.

Qualifications

GCSE Maths and English grade 4-9 (A-C) or equivalentessential
Grade A* to C or level 4-9

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational or public sector environment essential
Experience in staff supervision, team leadership and performance managementessential
