General Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing monthly payroll for all staff
- Administering benefits and pension schemes LGPS and Teachers’ Pension
- Ensuring full compliance with HMRC and statutory regulations
- Managing payroll reconciliations, reporting, and third-party submissions
- Providing professional payroll advice to staff and schools
- Supporting process improvements and maintaining data integrity
You’ll work closely with People & Culture, Finance and our Schools to ensure a seamless and compliant payroll service.
