The working hours for this role are expected to be 7.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year. The start date for this role is as soon as possible.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join our friendly school community as a Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA), helping to create a safe, happy, and enjoyable lunchtime experience for all pupils. You will play an important role in supporting children as they eat, play, and socialise, encouraging positive behaviour, good manners, and strong relationships throughout the school day. Working both indoors and outdoors, you will help supervise lunchtime activities, maintain a safe environment, and support pupils' wellbeing while ensuring every child feels valued and included. The role also involves preparing and clearing dining areas, maintaining a clean and welcoming space, and providing basic first aid support when needed. We are looking for someone who is caring, approachable, and enthusiastic, with a genuine enjoyment of working with children and helping them thrive. The successful candidate will be a positive team player who can build warm relationships with pupils and colleagues while contributing to the school's caring ethos and values.
