Midday Supervisor Vacancy  


We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Midday Supervisor to join our wonderful team at Cropwell Bishop Primary School. As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our primary school students during lunchtime.

The successful candidate will help with supervising children during the lunch break which includes assisting them in the dining area and play activities outside or inside depending on the weather. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

 

We are looking for a practitioner who:

  1. Has a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  2. Has the ability to remain calm under pressure
  3. Has the ability to communicate effectively with the children and colleagues.
  4. Has an awareness of effective behaviour management strategies.
  5. Has the ability to work effectively within a team but also on their own initiative.
  6. Encourages a positive and inclusive atmosphere during lunchtime.
  7. Is attentive and responsive to the needs and concerns of both students and colleagues.
  8. Has a basic understanding of safeguarding and health and safety procedures
