Robert Miles Junior School is a 2-form entry junior school in the market town of Bingham in south-east Nottinghamshire. Do you enjoy working with children? We have a vacancy for a reliable, child-centred Midday Supervisor to join our team of dedicated lunchtime staff who work to support children with their lunch and to ensure the safety and enjoyment of their playtime. Sometimes, the duties of a Midday Supervisor include working with and supporting an individual child on a more 1:1 basis.


We are looking for a practitioner who: -

  • Is Well organised, conscientious, and caring.
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively with the children and colleagues.
  • Has an awareness of effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Has a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Encourages a positive and inclusive atmosphere during lunchtime.
  • Is attentive and responsive to the needs and concerns of both students and colleagues.
