We require a good standard of general education and GCSE qualifications or equivalent in English and Mathematics at Grade C or above. Verification of qualifications will be required before employment can commence. Experience and knowledge of working within a school environment and with Excel, Word and Arbor would be advantageous but not essential as we can give you all the training you need.

7. Has a sense of humour.

8. Has a willingness to participate in the wider life of the school.

9. Enjoys and embraces dealing with face-to-face, electronic and telephone conversations.

10. The commitment to act with integrity, honesty, loyalty and fairness.

In return we can offer:

• Children who are rewarding to engage with and who thrive on success, nurture and positive relationships

• A dedicated and highly motivated staff team who have a shared commitment to our school vision and ethos

• A well resourced, attractive learning environment

• The support of an enthusiastic, supportive and committed staff team

• Children who are proud of their school and the achievements they make

• Professional development, collaboration and support through being a member of Equals Trust
