Salary: L3 – L7 (£54,394 - £60,145 per annum)

Location: Gorsefield Primary School

Hours: 30 hours, All Year-Round (full days Mon – Wed/ hours TBC for Thurs/Fri)

Contract type: Permanent Contract

Reporting to: Headteacher


Are you passionate about shaping the future of education and inspiring both staff and students? We are seeking a Learning and Teaching Support Advisor to help drive excellence across our school and the Forward As One Trust.


The Role:

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Champion the school’s vision and support the headteacher’s strategic leadership.
  • Lead the ‘Leading without Limits’ staff CPD programme.
  • Support school improvement and pedagogical excellence.
  • Facilitate professional development through peer teaching and coaching.
  • Undertake cover teaching and other duties as required by the headteacher.
