Grade: NJC04 - NJC06 (actual £21,052.26 - £21,729.80 per annum)

Contract: Permanent

At Greenhill Primary School, you’ll join a supportive team with a #OneTeam #OneMission #OneFamily ethos. We’re looking for a dedicated Administrator to support a wide range of administration, finance and organisational processes across our school.


The role includes:

  1. Managing records and producing reports
  2. Completing returns for the DfE and Local Authority, including Census
  3. Organising admissions and managing school payment processes
  4. Supporting procurement, sponsorship, marketing, and school events
  5. Providing guidance to staff and pupils
