We are looking to appoint a Quality and Compliance Lead at Erdington Academy. This role attracts an additional TLR of £6378.
The main duties as the Quality and Compliance Lead includes ensuring:
-Subject compliance to Academy and exam board processes and expectations and contribute to faculty policy and practice.
-Students experience an educational programme that meets their particular needs as identified through a robust assessment system
-Data is used to inform curriculum delivery and support student progress Ensuring that challenging attainment targets exist for individual students within the curriculum area
-Student progress is tracked effectively by department and appropriate interventions are made where students are underachieving
Along side this crucial role we are looking for the right candidate to teach in Science or Child Development. We are open to part time applications
