Are you an experienced, high-level administrator looking for your next challenge?
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Operations Manager to join Bournville School. In this role, you will lead the academy’s administration team, including reception and admissions. You will ensure a high-quality service is delivered to staff, students, and visitors, and oversee the daily administration of cover arrangements for absent teaching staff.

This role is term time only plus 10 days to be worked in the school holidays over the academic year

You should be:
- Hardworking, imaginative and have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience of using Microsoft Office programmes
- Flexibility and be able to take both a proactive and responsive approach
- A dedicated team player who wants to work and engage with colleagues at all levels
