  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of MFL teachers to enhance pedagogical expertise and secure exceptional student outcomes.
  • Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support achievement across all key stages.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to promote Spanish and wider language learning within the school community

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:

  • A deep passion for the Spanish language and Spanish-speaking cultures, alongside excellent linguistic competence.
  • Proven leadership experience, or a clear vision for leading and developing an outstanding Spanish or MFL department.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire both staff and students.
  • A commitment to high standards and a drive to raise achievement in Spanish and wider language learning.
  • An unwavering belief in the power of education to transform lives, in line with our trust’s motto, libertas per cultum (freedom through education).
