Receptionist

Trinity Academy – September 2026 Start

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and proactive Receptionist to join Trinity Academy. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual to be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, students, and staff, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all. The successful candidate will manage front-of-house duties, answer telephone and email enquiries, oversee visitor sign-in procedures, maintain accurate records, and provide efficient administrative support to the wider Academy team. Working closely with staff across the school, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area through excellent communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a busy school environment.

To that end, we offer pupils of all abilities a style of education more usually found in grammar schools or the independent sector. Exemplary knowledge-rich teaching and learning drive everything we do, underpinned by proven best practices in education.

THE BENEFITS

  1. Excellent professional development, with Trust‑wide CPD and clear pathways for rapid career progression.
  2. Supportive, collaborative working culture, with a strong focus on staff well‑being.

  5. Comprehensive well‑being package, with access to a Virtual GP, Employee Assistance Programme, CBT, counselling and eye‑care vouchers.
  6. Lifestyle and financial benefits, including Mintago discounts, corporate gym membership and affordable childcare through YellowNest.
