Your Role

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive and inclusive team at Callerton Academy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young people and making a positive difference in their education and wellbeing.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support students in their learning and development. You will help to create a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment by supporting individuals and small groups with their work, preparing learning resources and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of lessons. You will also play an important part in supporting students’ social, emotional and physical needs, helping them to feel safe, confident and ready to learn, while promoting positive behaviour and inclusion across the school.
