Your Role

For September we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, well organised, reliable and flexible Administrative Assistant who has the ability to manage a diverse administrative role. The postholder will also provide admin support to the Data Manager with assessment related student level data and timetables within the MIS, preparing marksheets and templates for progress checks, inputting of targets and assisting with checking and exporting data. This includes liaison with a variety of staff within school.

The successful applicant must have the ability to work in a busy educational environment and will be expected to work as part of a team, being responsible for a range of administrative and reception tasks, as well as dealing with student and parent queries.

The successful applicant will be an experienced and knowledgeable individual who will bring enthusiasm to this varied role. They will have a passion to work within the education sector and will join a busy team, providing essential support to help ensure the smooth running of the school.
