We are seeking a passionate, patient, and dedicated SEMH Support Specialist to support pupils with identified Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Working under the guidance of the Class Teacher and SENDCo, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment.


You will focus on removing barriers to learning, supporting emotional regulation, facilitating small-group or 1:1 interventions, and assisting pupils in developing life skills, resilience, and positive behaviours.
