We value honesty, integrity, and creativity. Our recruitment and selection processes are designed to help us understand what you, as an individual, will uniquely contribute to the Trust. Submissions that rely too heavily on AI risk obscuring the very qualities we are looking to discover. If you choose to use AI, we encourage you to treat it as a collaborator—not a substitute. Let it support your thinking, not replace it.
