At Sir Christopher Hatton Academy, we provide an education with character, encompassing our core values of Excellence, Aspiration, Achievement, Inspiration and Community to ensure that all our students are flourishing and prepared for the tests of life, not just a life of tests. To enable this, we need great staff on our team.

We are looking to appoint a CCF School Staff Instructor to help deliver high quality training that enriches the experience of our cadets. The successful applicant will enable the Contingent Commander to concentrate on forward planning, delivery, assessment, and supervision of cadet activities. The successful candidate will also look after our Duke of Edinburgh award scheme. This is to provide maternity cover for a colleague commencing February 2026.

·      are experienced in planning and organising resources & equipment

·      are knowledgeable in MOD policy, especially in safe storage of arms & ammunition

We value honesty and integrity and our recruitment processes help us understand what you uniquely contribute. Submissions that rely too heavily on AI risk obscuring the very qualities we are looking to discover. If you use AI, let it support your thinking, not replace it.
