At Sir Christopher Hatton Academy, we provide an education with character, encompassing our core values of Excellence, Aspiration, Achievement, Inspiration and Community to ensure that all our students are flourishing and prepared for the tests of life, not just a life of tests. To enable this, we need great staff on our team.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and capable Learning Assistant with the ability to provide curriculum support for all SEND pupils. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide 1:1 or small group learning support for pupils to develop subject specific areas.

·      have a level 2 qualification in a relevant subject

·      have previous experience of working with pupils with special educational needs / disabilities

·      have the ability to work using your own initiative; to be proactive; and to work as part of a team

then we would love to hear from you.

·      continuous Local Government Service if applicable (subject to verification)

We value honesty and integrity and our recruitment processes help us understand what you uniquely contribute. Submissions that rely too heavily on AI risk obscuring the very qualities we are looking to discover. If you use AI, let it support your thinking, not replace it.
