About the Role

 

This position is varied, fast‑paced and central to ensuring smooth operations across the Trust.

 

As the Trust Administration and Communications Officer, you will provide essential day‑to‑day support to the Trust Executive Team. Your work will include managing documents, data and correspondence, coordinating administrative tasks, and helping the office run efficiently.

 

You will also support Trust communications by updating the website and social media channels, preparing staff bulletins, and assisting with the organisation of Trust events.

 

The role includes a range of compliance and governance tasks such as maintaining statutory records, supporting policy reviews, and helping with data protection, FOI requests and company administration.

 

Role Priorities

 

·        Provide reliable administrative support to the Trust Executive Team.

·        Support Trust communications, including website updates, social media activity and preparing staff bulletins.

·        Assist with Trust events and projects, helping to organise logistics, prepare materials and maintain consistent professional standards.

 

About You

We are looking for someone who brings organisational skills, confident communication and a proactive approach to supporting a busy central team. You will need solid office‑based admin experience, good literacy and numeracy, and the ability to use a range of systems including spreadsheets, databases and social media tools. An understanding of data protection and accuracy and confidentiality in handling information are essential.

You will also be someone who works well with others, is flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering a high‑quality service across the Trust.

The team is made up of different roles, functions and strengths, using our expertise to provide coordinated, high‑quality support across the Trust. We enjoy a purposeful, positive and good-humoured working environment, based in an office building in Wellingborough.
