To be able to fulfil this role you will need a strong personal ethos of integrity, patience, resilience and commitment.

At Victoria we aspire to achieve the very best for every single pupil. As noted by OFSTED in 2023 “‘Aspiration’ is a key word at Victoria Primary Academy. It is central to everything leaders do, from the design of the school’s ambitious curriculum to the awe-inspiring trips on offer.”

·        Enthusiastic

·        Passionate about ensuring all children achieve the best they possibly can

·        Professional

·        An excellent team player

We expect high standards of behaviour from our children and high standards of professionalism from our staff.

The role would be assisting with day to day requirements of individual children with special needs, this could be in a number of year groups depending on candidate’s previous experience and expertise.
