Hillcrest School seeks to appoint a highly effective Associate Assistant Headteacher who will champion inclusive practice across the school.

The new Associate Assistant Headteacher will have the drive and ambition to move the school forward. Hillcrest School has a strong history of working with and supporting other schools, including links with the Oaks Collegiate.

We are looking for an Associate Assistant Headteacher who is: 

• An experienced and effective leader in SEND, who works collaboratively and can clearly communicate a vision for the school, inspiring and empowering others to help achieve it.

• Has the drive to build on existing strengths and lead the school to even greater success. 

• Demonstrates a strong belief that no student should be left behind. 

• Builds and sustains positive relationships with staff, governors, parents/carers, students, and the wider community, maintaining a strong and visible presence.
