Your Role

Bishop Alexander LEAD Academy, part of L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, is seeking a highly organised and professional Administrator to join our busy school office team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the academy, supporting staff, pupils, and parents.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and telephone enquiries
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to staff and leadership
  • Maintaining accurate records and data systems (SIMS experience desirable)
  • Assisting with correspondence, reports, and communications
  • Supporting the wider team with tasks such as admissions, attendance, and safeguarding administration

Qualifications

5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalentessential

Experience of working with children
Experience of a wide range of administrative functions, including managing a team of staff
Current first aid certificate
