Your Role

Waddington All Saints Academy, part of L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, is seeking a highly organised and professional Finance Officer/Administrator to join our busy school office team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the academy, supporting staff, pupils, and parents. The role is required over 5 days a week, with a start time of 8.30 am each morning.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Finance function including raising of Purchase orders, processing of invoices,
  • Checking of bacs runs, reconciling credit card statements and supplier statements
  • Assisting the Business Manager in monitoring income and expenditure
  • Processing of school trips.
  • Managing the parent payment system and processing income received.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and telephone enquiries
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to staff and leadership
  • Maintaining accurate records and data systems (SIMS experience desirable)
  • Assisting with correspondence, reports, and communications
  • Supporting the wider team with tasks such as admissions, attendance, and safeguarding administration

Qualifications

5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalentessential
NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalentdesirable
