About the Role

As Headteacher, you will be the strategic and inspirational lead for the academy—ensuring pupils are at the heart of every decision, building a culture of excellence, and securing strong outcomes through high‑quality teaching and learning.


You will:

  • Provide creative, motivational and professional leadership to staff and pupils.
  • Shape and deliver a clear strategic vision for improvement, grounded in evidence‑based practice.
  • Lead a culture of high expectations, inclusion, safeguarding and pastoral excellence.
  • Develop strong partnerships across the Trust, community and external agencies.
  • Ensure the academy offers a safe, vibrant and nurturing environment in which staff and pupils flourish.


This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who can confidently drive forward the Trust’s core principles: Lead, Empower, Achieve, Drive.

Essential requirement:

Proven leadership experience at least at Head of School level, with a strong track record of impact.


You will also bring:

  • Substantial experience as an effective classroom practitioner.
  • Evidence of raising standards and securing school improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum, assessment, inclusion and safeguarding.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence across staff, parents, governors and wider partners.
  • A collaborative, empowering leadership approach that values people and nurtures talent.
  • The ability to work strategically, think creatively and maintain resilience under pressure.
