Your Role

Help create a safe and welcoming environment for our pupils

We are looking for a reliable, practical and proactive Caretaker to join our academy team. This is an important role within the school, helping to ensure that our buildings and grounds are safe, secure and well maintained so that pupils and staff can learn and work in a positive environment.

Working under the direction of the Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the academy site, including site security, basic maintenance, cleaning support and setting up spaces for school activities and events.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Takes pride in maintaining high standards across the school site
  • Has practical maintenance, DIY or site experience
  • Is reliable, proactive and able to work independently
  • Can build positive relationships with staff and the wider school community

Why join us?

At L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, we believe that great schools rely on dedicated teams working together. You will be part of a supportive Trust committed to Leading, Empowering, Achieving and Driving success for our pupils and staff.
