You will deliver high‑quality, practical and knowledge‑rich lessons that inspire pupils to think creatively, solve problems confidently and develop strong technical skills. Working collaboratively within the department, you will contribute to curriculum development, enrichment opportunities and a safe, well‑sequenced practical curriculum that prepares pupils for further study, apprenticeships and future careers in engineering, manufacturing, construction and design.

What We Are Looking For

You will have high expectations of behaviour and learning, the ability to plan and deliver engaging practical lessons, and confidence in using assessment to support pupil progress. You will be committed to inclusive practice, adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, and work positively with colleagues to drive continuous improvement. This role is suitable for both early career and experienced teachers who are motivated to make a meaningful difference to pupils’ outcomes and aspirations.

Why Join Us
