Your Role

Millfield LEAD Academy, a successful primary school on the edge of Leicestershire, near Fosse Park, is looking for a dedicated and highly effective teacher to join our team. This post is for an experienced EYFS teacher who can further develop our on-site nursery and reception classes. Millfield is an oversubscribed school and is one of the top-performing schools in Leicestershire. 


Millfield’s vision is for us to improve the lives and life chances of every pupil. This means that we aim to support all our teaching staff to deliver engaging and challenging lessons to ensure all pupils have a fantastic education.

Our EYFS (Nursery and Reception classes) have their own dedicated building and outdoor learning area. The nursery manager oversees the nursery with the support and guidance of the main academy leadership team. It is inspected at the same time as the academy.

This role has a teaching commitment with dedicated leadership time each week.

An EYFS leader to join our Senior Leadership Team to contribute to our whole school development
