Your Role

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and hardworking Part-Time Caretaker to help maintain our premises to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a varied, hands-on role.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Opening and securing the premises as required.
  2. Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs.
  3. Ensuring buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and well-presented.
  4. Monitoring health and safety standards and reporting any concerns.
  5. Liaising with contractors and service providers when necessary.
  6. Setting up rooms and facilities for meetings and events.
  7. Undertaking basic gardening and outdoor maintenance duties.


The Ideal Candidate Will:

  1. Have previous caretaking, maintenance, or facilities experience (preferred but not essential).
  2. Be practical and able to carry out minor repair work.
  3. Possess good organisational and communication skills.
  4. Be dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
  5. Have a strong awareness of health and safety requirements.

Qualifications
