About the Role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to lead our nursery provision.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early years practitioner to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our nursery, shaping a high-quality, nurturing and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

Working closely with the EYFS Lead and wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring all children receive the very best start to their education.


What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

  1. Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification
  2. Has experience working within a nursery or EYFS setting
  3. Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
  4. Can plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences
  5. Is able to lead provision and work proactively and independently
  6. Builds positive relationships with children, families and staff
  7. Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
