Your Role

Qualifications

5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalentessential

Experience

Experience of a wide range of administrative functions, including managing a team of staffessential
Good level of use of ICT including Microsoft and other finance management or accountancy systemsessential
Good level of understanding of health & safety and site managementessential
Knowledge of recruitment procedures and basic HR processesessential
Knowledge of/or ability to learn school’s policies and proceduresessential
Proven ability in a school or business environmentessential
Experience of managing and developing staffessential
Previous experience working as an office manager in an educational environment
Current first aid certificate
Experience of managing budgets and budget monitoring
Project management experience

Personal Attributes

Ability to work collaboratively and lead a teamessential

Qualifications

Business administration qualifications an advantage
