A Progress Coach is required from October 2025 to support students in their transition to college and to provide on-going support through tutorial groups, smaller focused sessions and 1 to 1 meeting, enabling them to successfully complete their programme of study and achieve their maximum potential. The post holder will check and monitor student attendance within their caseload, and help to design and deliver a tutorial programme.
