We are seeking an experienced Ceramicist to join our developing T Level Craft and Design team, and we welcome applications from both teachers and ceramicists with industry experience. Following a successful first year of delivery, the course is now building on an established foundation, with growing student numbers and strong industry engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ceramics, either through industry practice or teaching, with skills in hand-building, wheel-throwing, glazing, and kiln operations. We are looking for passionate individuals who can inspire and guide our students, bringing either real-world industry insight or strong pedagogical experience in delivering creative, practical subjects. The successful candidate will also support the continued development of industry links and work placement opportunities.

The College has recently invested in a brand-new ceramic studio and industry standard facilities, and we welcome applications from those who want to inspire the next generation of artists, creators and ceramicists. If you have a ceramic-specific skillset and a commitment to excellence in education, we would love to hear from you.
