We are seeking to appoint an inspiring Assistant Principal (Teaching and Learning) to join our senior leadership team at the City of Stoke on Trent Sixth Form College to contribute to the achievement of the Trust mission and ethos and ensure the College is recognised as an outstanding provider of post-16 education. The role centres on driving consistent, high-quality teaching and learning through strong use of evidence, effective CPD, and transformational leadership, with clear accountability for improving outcomes across all subjects and groups.

Working with peers across the trust, the Assistant Principal will seek opportunities to strategically develop the College, Trust and meet the needs of students and the wider community.
