Senior Site Technician


Salary:  Grade 4 SCP 6 -7 FTE £25, 989 - £26, 403 p.a.

Actual salary: £6, 690.92  - £6, 798.50  p.a.

Contract: Permanent / Part time / Term time 38 weeks plus 5 inset days plus 4 further weeks

Hours of work: 10 hours a week Monday to Friday evenings (exact hours to be discussed at interview)

Responsible to: Headteacher

Greywood Primary Academy is a brand-new school within Primitas Learning Partnership. Our values of belonging, believing, and placing children at the heart of everything we do shape our ethos and our vision.


We are looking to appoint a Caretaker to ensure our wonderful new school is secure, well maintained and safe for staff and pupils. The role involves locking and unlocking the building, performing minor repairs and maintenance, conducting health and safety compliance checks and supervising any contractors on site. The role requires an understanding of health and Safety regulations, the ability to work independently and a practical approach to the tasks in hand. This is an exciting time to join the team while we prepare to open our school to pupils.
