As part of our support team, you will:
- Assist colleagues in creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Provide pastoral and academic support to pupils
- Help with classroom activities, small group work, or one-to-one interventions
We are seeking someone who is:
- Positive, patient, and committed to helping children succeed
- A strong communicator with good organisational skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Flexible and proactive in supporting a busy school environment
