Your Role

Are you an enthusiastic and committed professional seeking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a passionate Operations Manager to play a key role in enhancing opportunities for our students, particularly those with a range of social, emotional and mental health needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in school settings who is eager to help children succeed and thrive.

You will join a forward-thinking team that shares a collective vision of growth, improvement and unwavering support for our pupils. As our network of schools continues to expand across Derby City, there will be genuine opportunities for career progression and professional development.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working within a school environment and possess up-to-date expertise in HR, Financial Management, and Estates Management. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. The role may require flexible working arrangements and travel between multiple sites.

You will be joining a diverse and collaborative team of professionals, all dedicated to supporting children across education and care settings. Our guiding principle, “we never give up,” is at the heart of our ethos, and we are looking for someone who embodies this resilient and positive approach.

In return, we offer:

·        A passionate, supportive and committed staff team

·        Robust opportunities for continuing professional development and training

·        Regular well-being support

·        An encouraging environment where your talents are valued and rewarded

If you are driven, capable, and ready to help our students reach their full potential, we would love to hear from you.
