Are you an enthusiastic and committed professional seeking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are looking to appoint a passionate Operations Managers to play a key role in enhancing opportunities for our students, particularly those with a range of social, emotional and mental health needs. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working within a school environment and possess up-to-date expertise in HR, Financial Management, and Estates Management. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. The role may require flexible working arrangements and travel between multiple sites.

Everyone who comes into contact with children and their families has a role to play in safeguarding children.  All Governors, staff, trainees and volunteers have a responsibility and role to play to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.  Staff members will maintain an attitude of “it could happen here” where safeguarding is concerned.  This position involves substantial access to Children and is therefore  

subject to an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for any previous criminal convictions or safeguarding issues.
