Your Role

Are you a passionate and creative teacher who believes that education can be life-changing?

At Raise Education & Wellbeing School, you'll do far more than teach Art and Creative Media. You'll empower young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to rediscover confidence, develop resilience and unlock their potential through creativity and meaningful relationships.

This is an opportunity to work in a highly rewarding specialist setting, where every day brings the chance to make a genuine difference. Through engaging, practical and inspiring lessons, you'll help students overcome barriers to learning, develop essential life skills and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.

Working as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team, you will combine outstanding teaching with trauma-informed and relational practice, creating safe, nurturing environments where young people can thrive. Whether you're delivering creative projects, supporting emotional regulation, or celebrating a student's breakthrough moment, your impact will be felt long after the school day ends.

If you're looking for a role where creativity meets purpose, where relationships matter, and where every success is truly worth celebrating, we'd love to hear from you.

Join us and help shape brighter futures through creativity, connection and education.

We are open to considering a range of working arrangements for this role. Applications are welcomed from candidates seeking:

  1. Full-time employment
  2. Part-time employment (minimum 3 days per week)
  3. A job share arrangement

We are committed to finding the right candidate and encourage applicants to discuss their preferred working pattern as part of the recruitment process.
