Mealtime Assistant

MTA Salary: SC Grade 1 SCP 2,  Actual Salary £4,166 (FTE £24,413)

Hours/weeks: 7.5 hours per week 11.30 to 13.00 Monday to Friday, 38 weeks per year

Contract term: Permanent

 

Start Date:  January 2026

We are looking to appoint a Mealtime Assistant to assist the Midday Supervisor/Headteacher as part of a team, in securing the safety and welfare of pupils during the midday break.

 

This will involve supervision of pupils in the dining hall and in the playground and other school premises and associated ancillary duties.

 

We are looking for someone who can join our incredibly dedicated team; someone who is inclusive, enthusiastic, caring, adaptable and flexible and a strong team player.

 

The applicants need to have patience, resilience and care.
