We are now looking for a committed, passionate and driven individual to join our Senior Leadership Team as an Assistant Headteacher.


Job Purporse:

The Assistant Head Teacher will play a key role within the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing strategic leadership to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and inclusion across the school. The post holder will champion high-quality, adaptive teaching and inclusive practice that enables all learners to make exceptional progress. They will also oversee professional development for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and trainee teachers (ITT), and lead the development of a coherent, knowledge-rich curriculum with strong foundational learning.
