Teaching Assistant Level 3

Are you an enthusiastic and qualified Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification, looking for an exciting opportunity? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community and make a difference in children's lives.
This role offers the chance to support students' learning and development, collaborating closely with teachers and other staff to ensure a positive and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- To support the class teacher in delivering the curriculum
- Provide support for children to reach their academic goals.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs, particularly for children with additional learning requirements.
- Help foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere and promote student well-being.
- Assist with classroom setup, ensuring resources are prepared and organised.
- To lead intervention groups and cover classes as needed.
Requirements:
· Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
· Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable.
· Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
· A passion for supporting children's educational growth and well-being.
· Patience, empathy, and an ability to adapt to various learning needs.
· Good organisational skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

This post will require online checks to be undertaken and an enhanced DBS check, as well as medical clearance.

31.25 hours per week (8:30am until 3:15pm, Monday to Friday)
